Dr. DiPaolo received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his dental degree from the Georgetown University School of Dentistry. After dental school, the doctor completed a 1 year General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in New Hampshire. He is a member of the New Hampshire Dental Society and Salem NH Dental Society.
Dr. DiPaolo completes an average of 50 to 100 hours of continuing education each year. Dr. DiPaolo has studied with some of the top names in the dental industry including Spear Education at The Scottsdale Center for Dentistry, Scottsdale, Arizona; Dr. Pete Dawson of the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study in St. Petersburg, Florida; and the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida.
Married for 33 years, Dr. DiPaolo and his wife have two daughters. Away from the office, he enjoys traveling with his family and playing electric and acoustic guitar.

Meaghan – Dental Assistant
Meaghan graduated top of her class from Northeast Collaborative School of Dental Assisting in 2014 where she received her Dental Assistant Certificate. She became a DANB board certified dental assistant in 2017 and is also certified in Radiation Health and Safety, BLS/AED, Infection Control and OSHA. She was invited back to Northeast Collaborative School of Dental Assisting in 2016 as an instructor and LOVES it! She has recently completed both didactic and pre-clinical phases of her training to be a NH State registered EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary) at NHTI. She has already begun to place and shape resin fillings in our office under the supervision of Dr. Di Paolo as she completes 120 hours of Clinical Training. Village Dental of New England has always promoted Continuing Education and we excited to see Meaghan achieve this milestone in her career.
Her favorite part of her job is interacting with the patients and developing a relationship with them so that they feel like they are part of a dental family!
She lives in Atkinson, NH with her boyfriend Darren and their dog Maggie and two cats Lucy and Maze. She enjoys teaching prospective dental assistants during the school year and on the weekends you will find her either hiking with her dog or spending time with family and friends!
Beth Patz – Treatment Coordinator
Beth joined Village Dental in January, 2015 as our front desk coordinator. She has had a long career in dentistry which includes many years of clinical and laboratory experience, as well as administrative. She has received certification in radiology from the BU Goldman School of Dentistry and is CPR certified, as well. She has evolved with the changes in dentistry, technology and insurance, bringing that experience to this position. She is focused on creating a comfortable, well informed experience for our patients.
Outside the office, Beth and her husband love the summer weather and enjoy gardening and swimming. They live for their next tropical vacation, which they try to take every year. They have 3 grown children and 4 granddaughters, who they love spending time with.
Jessica Brown Roy- Registered Dental Hygienist
Jessica graduated in 2003 with her Associates Degree in Medical Assisting. She worked in chiropractic, OB/GYN, and family practice for a total of 10 years. With experience in the medical field, she decided to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene. While in Dental Hygiene school, she worked as a Dental Assistant for 1 year. Jessica graduated from The University of New England in 2013 and has worked as Dental Hygienist ever since. With excellent patient care of utmost importance, she enjoys explaining treatments, the importance of oral health care, as well as building a strong and trusting relationship with them.
Dr. Di Paolo was particularly moved by her passion for the Profession of Dental Hygiene. Jessica and Dr. Di Paolo meet regularly to review photographs of various dental conditions to help establish consistent standards of care.
Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband David and 2 dogs, Markie and Buddy. She loves time with family, camping, drives to The Cape, yard work around her home, relaxing, and meeting new people. Her favorite vacation was Hawaii and hopes to go back very soon!
Teresa Grascia – Front Office Assistant
Teresa has a Marketing degree from Northeastern University in Boston and a Culinary Arts degree from Newbury College. She loves travelling and fine cuisine. Teresa will actively search out signature restaurants and seek out the best Donuts and Cupcakes in every city she visits. She has also been known to show up at Short Track Speed Skating events in Montreal and Salt Lake City. Teresa and her husband have been married for over 30 years and have raised and educated two beautiful daughters. She was an at-home mother for the majority of their childhood. Her oldest daughter followed her path and lives in New York City practicing as an Experiential Marketing Strategist and her younger daughter is a Special Education Teacher in Massachusetts.
